Refund policy
At Spiritual Journey LLC we
are committed to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us if you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase. To return an item, please
contact us via email (within 5 days from date of receipt). Mail the
purchased items back to us. We do not reimburse for return shipping costs.
We recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number. We
will refund or credit the value of any item returned and any taxes charged.
The entire order must be returned or we reserve the right to charge full price
for the item not returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We
must be able to resell the returned items. There is no return after 5 days
of your delivery confirmation.
Confidentiality Policy
Information that you provide
to Spiritual Journey LLC will never be provided to or sold to any outside
agency. As credit card transaction are cleared through Paypal, Spiritual
Journey LLC does not have or retain any credit card information.
Why is there out of print books in the gift
set or collection?
A number of books are very hard to find, but
are worth owning and reading. When a book is out of print, we search
bookstores across the United States to bring those books to you. In some
cases, the only books we can locate are used books. However we inspect all
used books to ensure that they are in good condition. On the web site, we
will indicate which book in the set is an out of print book so that the buyer
will be aware that there is a used book in the set.
Mistakes in order or shipment address
We will try to verify all information
prior to filling your order. If a wrong or incomplete address is provided
and the package is returned to us, we will contact you immediately to correct
the matter. However, the cost of reshipping will be charged to the buyer.
Out of stock or back order
policy
If an ordered item is out of
stock or back ordered, we will contact you to provide an estimated time of
delivery based on available information. You may cancel the order at
that time and all monies paid will be refunded. If the out of stock item
or backordered item is part of a set, we will offer to ship the rest of the
items at a reduced cost. Please make sure that the email address and phone
number is correct so that we can contact you if there is an issue with the
order.
How will the shipment be
sent?
All orders are processed for
delivery 48 hours after we the order is placed. Delivery time will take
approximately 2-3 days if mailed within the United States. International orders
require more time based on location of delivery. Deliveries are maiied via
United Stated Post Office (USPS) medium flat rate boxes. All packages are
insured and post office will provide delivery confirmation. No tracking
numbers are provided on orders.
How can I pay for my
purchase?
All credit card transactions
are cleared through Paypal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discovery.
Purchases can also be made through Paypal account. If you do not
have a credit card or a Paypal account, money orders made payable to Spiritual
Journey will be accepted. Please email the order to us, do not place
an order online. The items ordered will be set aside and shipped as soon
as payment is received. If payment is not received within 5 days from date
of order, the ordered items will be return to general inventory to be sold.
What if I have problems or
questions about my order?
If you have a problem or
question about your order, please send an email to

and include your name, address, phone number and what you ordered or your
question. We will reply to your email as soon as possible.
Can I get a credit if I do
not take the bracelet or free item?
During certain promotional times, a free
bracelet, candle, spray or other items will provided free of charge with any
purchase. If you choose not to accept the promotional item, there is no
adjustment to the cost of the order.
The free item is not the one
I asked for?
If the free promotional item
request is not available, we reserve the right to replace it with another
similar item so that your order is sent to you as soon as possible.
There is a book in my
collection that was not listed on the web site?
The pictures on the web site are kept up
to date as much as possible. However, we reserve the right to change the items
of the sets and any changes will be noted in the set description.
Policy about who can
purchase.
Only persons over the age of
18 can purchase from this website.
What to do if the product ordered products is damaged?
Please contact us via email as soon as you
receive the item. Please secure the items to prevent further damage and
ship the items back to us. We recommend insuring the packing and
requesting a tracking number. Once we receive the damage shipment, we will
send you a new order and reimburse you for the cost of return shipping. No
orders can be returned if you do not contact us within 5 days after delivery.
Why is there no invoice
included in the shipment?
It is our policy to include a packing list
only.
